Ordering & Process

Our minimum order quantity varies depending on the product’s complexity, size, and material. For our luxury hand-made bags and rigid boxes, the MOQ typically starts at 1,000 units. For machine-produced bags, this quantity may be higher. Please contact us with your specific product details for an accurate MOQ.

You can request a quote by filling out the contact form on our website or by sending us an email. To provide an accurate quote, please include the following details: product type (bag, box, etc.), dimensions, material, desired quantity, printing details, and any special finishes.

Our process is simple and transparent. It begins with your inquiry and price quote. Once the order is confirmed, we move to the design and digital proofing stage. After your approval, we proceed with production. Following our rigorous quality control checks, your order is professionally packed and shipped. We keep you informed at every stage.

Yes, we can provide pre-production samples for confirmed orders. This allows you to see and approve the final product’s quality before we proceed with the full production run. Please discuss this with your customer representative.

We prefer high-resolution, print-ready vector files for the best quality. Accepted formats include Adobe Illustrator (.ai), .eps, or high-quality .pdf. Our design team can assist you if you have any questions about your artwork.

Yes, while most of our clients provide their own designs, we have a talented team that can offer guidance and support to help you optimize your design for production and ensure a stunning final product.

Shipping & Logistics

We ship worldwide. We have extensive experience delivering our products to clients all across Europe and other continents.

Production lead time depends on the order’s complexity and quantity, typically ranging from 3 to 6 weeks. Delivery time is additional and varies by country, as shown on our “Delivery Times” page. We will provide a more precise timeline with your order confirmation.
